Not many people will admit they enjoy going back to work after a good weekend. That’s why at AstraZeneca we’re constantly looking for ways to help you get more out of your day.

Recruitment Process
A standard recruitment process might include two behavioural interviews*. Depending on the role you’re applying for, your interview might also include a role-play, presentation, or case study. We also often use psychometric testing and sometimes, we run one-day assessment centres for sales roles.
Whatever role you apply for, we always let you know what will be involved from the outset of the process.
* In behavioural-based interviews, you’ll be presented with a scenario and asked to outline examples of past
experiences that demonstrate how you’d respond to situations specific to your job. Typical questions might include the following:
- Tell me about a time when you performed beyond what was expected of you
- Tell me about a time when you faced a difficult challenge or problem, and how you resolved it
