Kimberly Elliott has been with AstraZeneca for four years in the human resources function. In her capacity as HR Director, Kimberly is responsible for the local implementation of the Global Human Resources initiatives across performance, talent, development, learning, recruitment and reward for the marketing company. Within the scope of her role, she also has line responsibility for corporate services which includes building maintenance, security, reception and travel services.

Prior to this, Kimberly was the Australian Head of HR for Commercial. Before joining AstraZeneca, Kimberly held HR roles in Merck, Sharpe and Dohme’s manufacturing business in Australia and Eli Lilly Australia.

Qualifications

Kimberly has a Bachelor of Commerce in Office Systems Administration and a Master of Commerce with a major in Employment Relations.
